Working with the Banking Access Strategies for Cannabis-Related Businesses, our idea is to usher our patrons into the series of steps laid out in order to have access to new banking/lending solutions in the face of adversity through federal regulations. Our main focus is to take the legwork out of sourcing lending options in order to provide our clients with additional capital, higher margins, and the additional cash flow to engage in new ventures tailored to future business plans.

Jeremy King

CEO

Jeremy King has worked in manufacturing and commercial real estate for the past 8 years. With a focus on specialty asset and bespoke loan products, Jeremy founded CCREC with the goal of bringing financing to a market that is currently underserved due to regulatory constraints.

Daniela Martinez

Marketing Associate

Daniela Martinez started her career in visual production and she compliments her aptitudes with a passion for the history of art, literature, psychology, and anthropology. She uses her talents as a marketing associate at River Oak Capital to create our marketing materials and brand image. In her spare time, Daniela likes to take photos (including our company portraits), watch and create films, and experiment with new forms of art.

Abe Plater

Acquisition Associate

Abe is a certified computer technician who, prior to joining River Oak Capital, serviced corporate servers and implementation of new software. Abe currently works as our acquisition associate in charge of sourcing new investment opportunities using his proprietary algorithmic search methods.

Michelle Gonzalez

Underwriter

Michelle Gonzalez studied physics and mathematics prior to joining River Oak Capital as an underwriter. In her spare time, she likes to read comics, learn about the universe, watch movies, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Laura Nino

Analyst

Laura Nino studied industrial engineering prior to joining River Oak Capital as an analyst. She is an active rugby player who enjoys competitive triathlons, her two cats, being outdoors, and reading a good book.

Linda Villalobos

Personnel Manager

Linda Villalobos has a degree in Industrial Relations with experience in administration and personnel management. She loves to watch movies spend time with family and friends, as well as read a good book.
